MACEDON. Tragilos. Circa 450-400 BC. Hemiobol (Silver, 7 mm, 0.19 g, 10 h). Bunch of grapes. Rev. Τ Ρ Α Ι within a quadripartite incuse square. BMC 5 var. HGC 3.1, 746 (this coin). Lightly toned and well struck. Minor uncleaned deposits, otherwise, about extremely fine.

Tragilos was a wealthy but obscure Macedonian city that came into prominence in the late 6th century BC; it was destroyed in the early 3rd century AD.
